When we were preparing our house for sale, we knew the market was not good.  We had already started looking for a new property and we had seen that some places sold quickly while others didn't move at all.  We knew that we had to put the best possible presentation on our home.

We sold at auction, after a four week campaign, and for well above
reserve.  We had more than 50 groups through and we had 8 registered bidders, all because it looked so good.  That wouldn't have happened without PPP.  Our neighbours didn't believe the photos - they came in to see what had happened.
